As new phones come out, people want to be able to pick up a new one as fast as they can. With all of this being said, the popularity of prepaid plans has grown. Verizon offers a few different prepaid plans with eligible smartphones. Apple iPhone 4 The popular iPhone 4 is one of the phones that is available for Verizon’s prepaid plans. While it may not be as quite as modern as the newer iPhone 5S, it can still get the job done. It comes with 3.5 inch retina display and uses the popular iOS operating system. All in all, the iPhone 4 is one of the best choices for anyone that wants a great smartphone to use on one of Verizon’s prepaid plans. LG Optimus Zone Going into lower end phones, you have the LG Optimus Zone. It has a 3.2 inch display. As far as most phones that are running the Android operating system, this one happens to be on the smaller side of the spectrum. Like all other Android phones, the Optimus Zone has capability with many different Google services. The Zone runs on Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich. LG Optimus Exceed Think of the Exceed as the Optimus’ older, more sophisticated brother. It has a four inch display and a better processor than the Zone. It also uses the Ice Cream Sandwich version of the Android operating system Samsung Illusion The Illusion is a compact, low end smartphone. It runs one of the earlier versions of Android: Android 2.3 Gingerbread. However, Samsung uses the TouchWiz user interface to give the phone its own flair. It has a 3.5 inch display and comes with a three megapixel camera. Samsung Galaxy Legend The Samsung Galaxy Legend is the lowest end phone in the popular ‘Galaxy’ series of Samsung devices. It runs Android 4.1 Jelly Bean, making it one of the most modern phones for those that want a decent prepaid phone on Verizon’s network. It has a four inch display. Motorola Moto G The Moto G is the absolute best prepaid phone on Verizon’s network. It has a 4.5 inch HD display. The newest version of Android, Android 4.4 KitKat, has just begun rolling on for Moto G’s on the Verizon network. It also has a five megapixel camera and is slightly waterproof.
