Visit Straight Talk's Facebook page for customer support

Straight Talk review and scroll down to the user review portion, you’ll see a number of complaints about the carrier’s customer service. This is nothing out of the ordinary. For starters, people are more likely to complain than to praise, so many poor customer experiences get documented while good ones go unmentioned. Customer service is also generally poor among prepaid wireless providers. If you’re looking for help with your Straight Talk phone or account, you might be best off heading to their Facebook page. From there you can head to Discussions and get your questions answered. Given the customer feedback I’ve heard and by looking at the page, it looks like a good place to seek help if you’ve had no luck with customer service on the phone. ]]>

Straight talk is good for like the first three months then it was all downhill from there.. i always put my min on before they were due but yet they always had to change my number. Customer service sucks and the phones are crap!! Mine broke & had to buy another it just broke too. They dont care they say we will help… NOPE never do.

Not sure who’s having these problems with Straight Talk, but I have had absolutely NO problems with reception, etc! I have the Samsung T401G & $30 plan & it’s great. It runs off ATT lines.I had ATT for 5yrs, then last year was awful! I refused to be forced to pay for a data plan just to upgrade my phone! Now I get it all, for $15 less a month!

My daughter also has the LG620G and absolutely no problems either! She was on Metropissuoff & No coverage the minute you left your immediate area! Now she has coverage everywhere. She is using the unlimited plan and is so happy! the only thing we can’t find to buy is ear buds for her phone to use the FM on her phone. Any suggestions?

Straight talk has changed my telephone number for no apparent reason and without my permission.

I do not have a clue how to put facebook sms on my R451C. It says that it expired 7 days before and to get another confirmation code. How do I go about doing this?

I am a college student and love the Straight Talk’s flexibility, in summer I find I earn more money and hang out with the friends often so I need to use more airtime that’s why I use $45.00 unlimited whereas, in winter money is more tight so I change to the $30.00 1000 min calling.

You can buy earbuds from Amazon. I did and they work great.

The earbuds I’m talking about are for the LG620G

I can not get on facebook with my straight talk phone. It keeps telling me It’s the wrong information. I know it’s not because it’s the same info I have used on Facebook since I started.

I was told by straight talk customer service that due to high data usage their customers are only getting unlimited data when using their phone in the zip code it was activated in. This is crap! I pay for unlimited texts, calls, and data every month. If I can’t use my phone when and where And for whatever I want then I really don’t need Straight Talk’s phones or service! I’m betting thousands of other customers will feel the same way!
