Verizon – Yes, $40 is the cheapest and it includes 2 GB of data.

US Cellular – US Cellular offers anywhere from 500 MB to 12 GB. There is also a $30/month basic phone plan which does not include data.
Verizon – Data ranges from 2 GB to 10 GB, with unlimited lower speed.
