Most popular Straight Talk phones

Straight Talk was one of the earliest prepaid phone brands and has received widespread use thanks to its availability through Walmart stores nationwide. Powered by Tracfone mobile service, Straight talk offers both expensive high-end smartphones and cheap inexpensive flip phones for the cost-conscious consumer.

1. LG L34C Optimus Fuel

This entry-level smartphone is perfect for the new smartphone user and offers a decent camera for snapping photos, a music and video player, social network support, email sync and a speakerphone for the most active socialite. The device has a microSD slot to expand memory and Bluetooth connectivity.

2. Samsung S738C Galaxy Centura

This google-enabled phone is the inexpensive end of the popular Galaxy line and features scaled-down versions of many of the popular features on the other Galaxy devices like Swype to text, ActiveSync Configuration, push email, multitasking and an external memory slot. The generous battery will ensure you don't have to stop and recharge in the middle of the day.

3. Samsung Galaxy SIII

The Samsung Galaxy SIII is one of Samsung's most popular phones and is an early predecessor to the popular S5. This lightweight phone is packed with good quality features and a Gorilla Glass 2 screen to weather life's little tumbles. The Galaxy SIII is a solid choice for a pretty reasonable price.

4. Apple iPhone 5s

Straight Talk iPhones have always been exceedingly popular with their customer base. Apple iPhones offer great functionality and hardware. The iPhone 5s is sleek and has a premium feel with metal chassis and an overall very professional look. The camera on the 5s is excellent, and this phone is definitely a classic Apple device.

5. Apple iPhone 5c

Slightly more friendly, the iPhone 5c has similar hardware to the 5s and the iPhone 4, but packed into a bright, cheerful plastic exterior that comes in several colors. While not quite as professional, this device looks more fun and would be excellent for teens. All iPhone devices are very well designed and among the top phones in the world.
