Overview

Founded in 1993 as a pager service provider — hence the name — Page Plus began offering cellular phone service in 1998. They offer a number of per-minute and monthly plans, using the Verizon Wireless nationwide network to provide service.

Pros: Page Plus provides plans that can fit most users' needs, including their 12 dollar monthly plan. They also activate Verizon phones, which allows customers more options.

Cons: While users can bring their own devices, Page Plus has few phones of its own to offer. Only their most expensive plan provides a robust amount of data.
