		<description>I recently purcased one month of unlimited broadbrand only to find two days later that the latent broadband connection was averaging 1800 ms much slower than the 50 average needed to keep a connection with my college course consequenly I lost two of my class posts that took me an hour to type out between them . After searching for and fially finding a customer service number and being on hold for more than two and a half hours total I gave up .perhaps when large corperations take on large numbers of customers they should hire more tech support accordingly .but i guess that would cut into money for top executives pay...</description>
