Straight Talk phones - great. $45.00 Unlimited plan - great. Customer Service - to say that it's a joke is a compliment. It's bad enough in this country when you have to "press 1 for English". But it's absurd when you "press 1 for English" & the person on the other end neither can SPEAK IT COHERENTLY, nor can they seem to UNDERSTAND IT. It should just tell the truth & say "press 1 for India & good fucking luck" . . .

I have used the Razr with straight talk. The phone is old, and a bit outdated, but it is sleek and has decent features. The camera on the phone is nothing out of this world, but takes pretty good quality pictures for the price of the phone. For $30 a month, I get 1000 minutes and 1000 texts. I kinda wish they had a bigger variety of phones. A big plus though, is that they are available at all wal-marts, which makes it easy to buy a phone and talk-time.

When I found out that Straight Talk was able to support internet on my phone I was super happy. I just got their $45 unlimited plan, and am saving nearly $60 off my previous phone bill. Straight Talk has no contracts and no hidden fees, so I pay for exactly what I use. Being someone who commutes 30 minutes to work everyday, it is nice be able to use the money I have saved by switched carriers toward gas. But back to the point. Straight Talk has been ultra reliable and a great way for me to save money.

I actually prefer the Nokia E71 being that it is a functional smartphone that Nokia didn't water down for prepaid like they always do. It's the only way to take full advantage of the fact that you get unlimited everything is to use the data function.

The Samsungs are without a doubt the best phones offered by straight talk. The internet on mine is my favorite feature and texting is so easy with the QWERTY key pad. I am a Samsung junky though, so I am a little biased. They do work great with the straight talk though. Plan is affordable and easy to maintain. That is one less headache in my life.

Seems like a hate or love kind of relationship base on the comments I read. I have always been with a big time carrier (att, tmobile, Verizon..) and usually never had any real big problems, but times are rough and I’m looking to save money. I’ve been looking into straight talk and their 45 unlimited, and honestly it sounds great! Without any Smartphone’s in their line it still would have been a no go for me. I’m dependent of reading my email, surfing the web etc. But their selection is getting better and better so I’m really considering a change. But then you have comments like “Don’t buy”, “slow costumer service” or ”Can’t get my phone to work” that are holding me back... One thing I heard about, that I thought was cool, was their facebook support. Sounds pretty easy. Is there anyone that could share some experiences from that? Good or bad?

I purchased the Samsung with full qwerty keyboard a few months ago. I was thrilled with the phone and the service.Unfortunetly I lost it and went with another provider. That was a big mistake,I will have to go back to Straight Talk ASAP! Their is a vast area in the beach I absolutely had no coverage and my phone choice is not user friendly at all, should come with a handbook guide. Never had these issues with Straight Talk! And now their phone selection is growing as well as their popularity!

I love Tracfone over all. My entire family is spread through out the company using their different services, me personally i am a straighttalk costumer, but my grandparents are with the senior value cellphone deal. And according to them They are doing great with it, and they barely use their phones so is perfect for them.
