Get Tracfone support on Facebook

featured prepaid providers every day, and I see many, many complaints about nearly every company. I’m not sure which receives the most complaints, but Tracfone is in the conversation. It appears that they’re taking steps to remedy that. They recently announced Facebook support, similar to the type offered by Straight Talk. (They’re owned by the same company.) Just head to the Tracfone Facebook page and click on the Support tab. There you can get FAQs and submit a support ticket. If it’s anything like Straight Talk, it should provide a better experience than calling customer service. ]]>

That’s very very good news. I also read, and hear a lot of bad things about tracfone’s service record. But, the same applies for all the other wireless operators, except almost every other operator is way more expensive than tracfone. You have to reflect; is it really worth your while complaining about a $10 phone?

I think it’s great that they are so responsive on Facebook. TracFone is a great value and a terrific deal. Love the no-contract and no bill thing too!!

I recently saw a report of a survey done about who is the happiest clients for a prepaid service, and tracfone came second! This surprised me somewhat as I’ve also read a lot of complaints about the company, and especially their customer relations. It seems that either there are a few individuals bent on creating a false image, or that having unhappy clients is merely an inevitability. Regardless, I’ve been with tracfone for many many years now and I still have no reason to complain.

I used their Facebook support and they helped with a problem quickly and efficiently. I was very impressed. Great idea!
I like Tracphone for its price. Improving service is a big plus!

I just called the executive support number and still got someone who doesn’t speak clear English. Had him repeat it twice and still couldn’t understand what he was saying.

As far as I can tell, almost every company outsources their customer service these days to cut their expenses. The only one I know of with customer service in the US is Apple, and no I can’t afford an iphone. So, if facebook can help the cause for Tracfone, that’s great. If you’re looking for basic service options, just to talk and text, then this is the way to go. Cheap phones and airtime cards that have longer service days. Just my opinion.

The Facebook support is a great alternative to the phone support. I’ve seen complaints about Tracfone’s customer service in the past but judging by the responsiveness of the Facebook agents, they found a way around that. If they can maintain it, the value and service od Tracfone will be high and not brought down by bad customer serviice!
