I know this info is old but it's crap! I've been getting spam from the same # for weeks (ever since my voicemail notification was fixed by Telus) and their customer service rep actually told me to try replying with the word "STOP". Now, I thought that was weird; just like in the old days with fax ads, if you replied they knew they'd found a good number and just kept sending more junk! So far, I'm still getting spam from the same #. Only way to stop it is to have Telus turn off texting completely. Surely they can do better!? I’m with Telus. I know this info is old but it’s crap!
