Samsung Galaxy Discover coming to Straight Talk and Net10
posted by Joe on February 6th, 2013 - 9:24 am | Straight Talk

The Samsung website has revealed a new smartphone heading for Straight Talk and Net10. It’s teh Galaxy Discover, a 3.5-inch Android 4.0 device. With an 800MHz processor it is the very definition of low-end device. But with 4.0 it can compensate for some of those hardware limitations. It is limited to 7.2Mbps HSDPA speeds, but that is still better than EVDO, which many Straight Talk and Net10 smartphones connect to. There is no word on pricing or availability, but usually when phones show up on manufacturer websites it doesn’t take long getting them to carriers.
