The 7 cents per minute is correct. However, you have to pay a 49 cent per day charge in order to get the 7 cents rate (12 cents for international). With a Fiance in Brazil, it has been a godsend for the rate & I have even upgraded my phone with the service. Matter of fact, I just got a 15 dollar rate reward today! I've checked this out and the it actually IS 7 cents per minute. The website is www.joltrewards.com. The Jolt Mobile that you talk about is a different product that they've had out for a while now. It doesn't seem to be linked to Jolt Rewards other than in the name. The Rewards are surprisingly easy too. They are just rolling in without me referring anyone. A customer service rep told me that you get a certain number of automatic referrals so that you don't have to tell anyone, but if you do you increase your referrals and the rewards come in that much faster.
