		<description>I think itâ€™s high time the media wakes up to this issue. Itâ€™s not OK for big companies (wonâ€™t mention any names, you know who) to trap people into unfair and restrictive contracts. And then to add insult to injury, they pile on hidden charges, give poor customer service and exploit the customers any which way, safe in the knowledge that the customers canâ€™t walk away. The early termination fees are still exorbitant with most, if not all, the major carriers.
I think their day is over and I welcome with open arms (the more competitive) prepaid providers.</description>
