On Thursday, just before we headed out the door for the long weekend, we saw that Virgin Mobile put a new phone on the market: the Arc, a $50 basic clamshell. Later on on the weekend, we learned of another handset launch. This one is the TNT!, exclamation point included. It’s even more basic than the Arc, as it doesn’t feature Bluetooth.
