		<description>Can someone tell me if it is possible that someone might take my SIM card (either I have lost my cell phone or stolen), place and use it in another cell phone?
If it is possible, is there any way to protect it? 
One more question just comes to my mind, is SIM card always pre-paid? Thanks.</description>
