I have had mine for several months and it was working fine till yesturday i was in the middle of a call (battery power was high) and out of no where the phone just shut off! Now i have never dropped it or got it wet but when i turned it back on and tried to scroll down through the menu the buttons started going bizark for example if i pushed the down button it would go to my create a new message screen and then if i pressed back it would bring a bunch of random numbers on the screen... now i can only recieve calls i cant make them or send messages to ppl or anything i even tried to reset it i even went as far as trying the emergency download code (by turning it off waiting a few seconds and then simultaniously pressing and holding end and 9 at the same time) nothing has worked! I just bought mine yesterday, and I love it. Not only is it a good looking phone, but sound and call quality is excellent- better than any other phone I've owned.
