I don't know why people are bashing Jitterbug as expensive - my mom's plan is only $30 a month and she gets 150 minutes. That's only 20 cents each, not 50 cents. The customer service has so far been great - they all speak english! So far so good, and we're about 4 months in with the Jitterbug. I just posted a reply on the the first blog as well.
