It may take 30 minutes or so to get through to customer service but Kitty Wireless will do that for you, mostly for free but sometimes for as little as $1.99. No need to wait any more. And with the new rates ($50 for 1,000 minutes) you're getting wireless for 5 cents a minute on the best network in America--Verizon. I'm one very happy customer. Great company. Their new Unlimited Talk/Text for $39.xx/mo is great, phone was provisioned for their network with ease as well. I wish the data service was unlimited (currently it's 20MB on the Unlimited Talk/Text and 50MB on the Talk/Text 1200), and I'd gladly pay another 5-10 bucks a month for unlimited data to be included. If they could offer unlimited talk/text/data for under say, $45-50-55 a month that would be great. Maybe they will be offering something like this in the near future? I'll stick with them for a while and see. It's true about their customer service too, the reps are very knowledgeable and willing to help however they could. Way to go Page Plus! All but one customer service person was informed, intelligent well mannered. I had decided to excuse myselff and just keep calling until I got someone who spoke englaish and understood I was not going to drive to an inner city convenience store. Only took a second call. He apologized for the person and sold me the service, giving free startup minutes. I was done very quickly and able to go on a long trip safely. The reception is stellar in my western Masssachusetts mountain area and all thru CT and NY. The service people are superior. I am delighted to have discovered this company. I recommend them to many people. I wonder who the person is who is writing the same negative thing in many reviews.. a competitor? After a lot of reading, I tried page Plus last June. A manager hung up on me saying he thought hearing out a complaint about a problem with my phone service was a waste of his time. This company is useless and I just submitted one of a growing number of complaints to the Better Business Bureau about them. That is the biggest fluff piece I’ve read in a long time.
