Page Plus adds a few new phones
posted by Joe on September 22nd, 2008 - 7:52 am | Page Plus
Page Plus Cellular, which now has its very own Wikipedia page, has added some phones to its previously skimpy lineup. Not that these new ones make it robust. They just add a few new models to the fray. Ian has the goods. They’re lining up the LG vx3300 for $29.95, the Motorola e815 for $59.95, the Motorola V710 for $69.95, and the Motorola RAZR V3c for $89.95. It’s not much, for sure. These are still older models which people in the mainstream stopped using years ago. However, they’re definitely better than what PP offered before. Remember, you can bring your existing Verizon phone to Page Plus for activation if you don’t want to buy one of their models.

I’d recommend buying a used Verizon phone off of eBay or craigslist for Page Plus. Since you can use anything that’s “Verizon” branded, the phone selection is essentially the entire Verizon range.

when i spoke to customer service, they said they couldn’t guarantee web browsing or support for phones that didn’t carry their name. is this also true?
