I hated that service. They were too slow to respond to you and quick to terminate your phone number. My sim card was cancelled because I keep a minimum balance for a month. Then I called them. I was on hold for a long time. Then they sent me a new sim card,It took them 7 days but it was the wrong one. It was for a 7-11 brand. weird. After another lenthy hold I was sent a new sim card. 14 days later I was back in action. Oh yeah, I still have that phone (3220 Nokia) and it was locked. Now I have a t-mobile sim card in it.
