Hey guys, It’s Tmo service but they dont have 3 way, no email to phone number, customer service takes to long to answer, MMS dont work well, web is limited.No 311 , 411, 611. Stick with Tmo $50 plan , much better. well worth the extra $10 bucks.

Cricket now offers free 3 way calling feature to its customers. Simple mobile doesn’t. Do these guys plan on meeting the challenges like Cricket?

you are much better off going with straight talk. if you want to use an unlocked gsm phone, try walmart’s family mobile.

After reading several reviews pros and cons of the service i decided to give it a try. initially all was good. Problem 1 it doesn’t work everywhere if you not near a t-mobile tower now service. Problem 2 No picture messages, tryed calling customer service and after 30 min got hung up on. so i ported my number back out after 2 weeks. I called and asked them to give me a new number and was told my account was closed i would have to buy a new sim card and purchase more min. Wait what i still have 2 weeks left on that card?? no they will not roll the time over. its gone. My advise if you live in a major city and don’t travel outside of it much and you only want phone and text no photos or internet. go for it. otherwise stay away.

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I BELIEVE THEY TURNED MY PHONE OFF(SUSPENDED) BECAUSE I HAVE A WIFI ENABLED PH AND I DONT HAVE THE DATA PLAN. WHY WOULD YOU PAY FOR A DATA PLAN IF YOU HV WIFI????? THEY TOLD ME I VIOLATED TERMS AND CONDITIONS ON MY ACCOUNT VIA TEXT. THE NEXT DAY MY PHN WAS OFF. COLDHEARTED SIMPLE MOBILE….THE IRONY IS ITS EVERYTHING BUT SIMPLE!!!!!!!!

I just switched to Simple Mobile from Tmobile, and this is the worst mistake I have done. I was advised I will have the same features as Tmobile offered me on my 79.99 plan for only 60.00 a month. FALSE… I dont have all my calling features, I CANNOT downwload any contents as I normally could. And thus is important to me to be able to download. My reception is HORRIBLE. The internet is useless. I will get disconnects, it will just freeze where I have to keep powering down my phone and cutting it back on. My textes sending and reveiving are extremely slow. I’m not a happy customer of Simple Mobile at all. I wishone on the well established phone coompanies would just put out a plan that is truely unlimited Everrything at one reasonable low rate. With good phone and customer.service reps

Simple Mobile is simply full of shit. Unlimited is not 1gb. And not having the true cap posted anywhere on the site or having the fine print say the cap is 1gb is FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. Anyone know any lawyers who will take the case for free. It’s clear false advertisement. Somebody at Simple Mobile needs to take Business at a college.

The service is good, DO NOT BUY THE $10 International Call. That is a scam, you will go crazy and the calls never work.
It is like buying a phone card, but the operator bridge is terrible. AVOID THAT.
