I can't believe Daniel Neal, a parent himself, would call knowing the whereabouts of your child (who is not yet even a teenager) "spying". There is tremendous peace of mind in knowing that they are where they are supposed to be. Unfortunately, we live in a world where safety needs to be considered first and foremost above and beyond giving a child "privacy" regarding his/her whereabouts.
