		<description>Assuming they don&#039;t have a broadband offering, LTE makes no sense I would think.  I would think that their strategic priority would be coverage and quality (i.e. fewer dropped calls), for Metro users don&#039;t use, or have access to any applications that would warrant even R0 speeds...or am I missing something here?  I would be surprised if the business case to upgrade to LTE simply for a prepaid broadband offering would make financial sense...?
