MetroPCS sues Virgin Mobile over MetroFlash program

Just days after MetroPCS ended all outstanding litigation with Leap Wireless, they’ve entered into a suit with Virgin Mobile. According to the Dallas Business Journal, it is over MetroPCS’s MetroFlash program, which allows new customers to bring existing CDMA phones to Metro for use on their network. You can read more about MetroFlash here. No word on the exact nature of the case. MetroPCS has yet to comment, though we’ll eagerly await word as the day goes on.
