T-Mobile’s prepaid brand,
MetroPCS has brought back the popular “buy one, get one” promotion this month in the hopes of nabbing the last of the tax return money.
Now through April 5, 2015, whenever you purchase and activate any phone from MetroPCS, you can activate a second line and get the phone for free.
Not every store will have the same stock, as is common with carriers, but these are the phones that T-Mobile has announced will qualify for the BOGO promotion:
- Alcatel OneTouch Evolve 2
- Alcatel OneTouch Fierce Slate
- Alcatel OneTouch Fierce 2
- LG Optimus L70
- Kyocera Hydro Life
- Samsung Galaxy Light
As you can probably tell from the list, none of these phones are the best on the market, but for free they certainly aren’t something to complain about. There doesn’t seem to be any restriction on which plan you choose for the second line, and MetroPCS has several options available ranging from $40 – $60.
