LG Optimus M+ hitting MetroPCS

It wasn’t too long ago that MetroPCS released the LG Optimus M Android handset. It was a pretty basic handset, and one that LG had released across almost every U.S. wireless carrier. Now they’re back with an upgraded model, the Optimus M+, and it’s coming to MetroPCS shortly. The upgrades come mostly from the processor, 800MHz now, screen, 3.5 inches, and display quality — 256,000 colors, up from 64,000. It also has a better camera. Unfortunately, this one will be rocking Android 2.3 Gingerbread. Given the specs, it’s unlikely it will get a 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich upgrade. Via Pocket Now.]]>
