HTC Wildfire Android phone heading to MetroPCS

What you see pictured above is the HTC Wildfire, an Android device heading to MetroPCS. While there aren’t many details, such as release date and pricing, we can glean some information from the About screen in the picture. It figures to be a cheap device based on the 600MHz processor speed, perhaps in the $75 to $100 range. The screen is also on the small side at 3.2 inches, though the camera is a robust 5 megapixels. It does run Android 2.3, which is another plus, but with an underpowered processor this is far from a high-end device. If it comes in over $100 I’d be shocked. We’ll stay with this one as more information flows in.
