As the watermark on the photo suggests, Boy Genius Report got its hands on some photos of what appears to be a new Samsung LTE handset. That would be the SCH-R910, which could be on its way to MetroPCS. This figures to be Metro’s best handset by far, as it is along the lines of a Galaxy S handset. When it drops it will run Android 2.2, but 2.3 can’t be too far behind. The device could drop in the first quarter, and BGR pegs it at $329 to $399 off contract. That’s not bad at all. I’m guessing that the $60 LTE plan will be needed to get the most out of this handset. ]]>
