Boost Mobile to Sell iPhone 6 Oct. 17

iphone 6 Well, after a month of waiting, it’s finally here! The new iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus will be available via Boost Mobile on October 17, 2014. I couldn’t actually find the official announcement on the Boost Mobile page, but Phonescoop reported that they made the announcement early Friday morning. And, as expected, the phones will retail for $100 less than their normal market price. The iPhone 6 and the 6 Plus are two of the most sought-after phones released this year, with more than 10 million devices sold in the first 24 hours of release. And, as someone who is far more of an Android fan, I have to tell you I was pretty impressed with the model I tested out in the store. This baby packs quite a punch and has some pretty cool features like Apple Pay and some crazy cool camera features. Both phones come with the new iOS 8 and the super fast A8 chip. Straight from Apple, the iPhone 6 price range from $650 – $850 depending on how much storage (16 GB, 64 GB or 128 GB) the device has. The iPhone 6 Plus ranges from $750 – $950 depending on the storage. With Boost Mobile, however, these prices have been dropped by $100 for pretty much all of the models, so if you’re looking to get an iPhone, Boost might not be a bad idea. However, if you intend to purchase the iPhone 6 through Boost to move to an alternate carrier, be sure to check that they can unlock it, as Boost doesn’t generally allow unlocking of their phones. The iPhone might be an exception to the rule, but be sure to check.]]>
