H2o Wireless, an AT&T MVNO has added a new plan to its lineup this week, bringing the monthly unlimited plans up to five. The new plan costs $65 and includes unlimited talk, text, low speed data and international calling to select countries as well as 3.5 GB of high speed data per month. As a refresher, here’s what H20’s plan lineup looks like right now:
  • $30 – unlimited talk & text, 500 MB 4G data, $10 international calling credit
  • $40 – unlimited talk, text & international calling (select countries), 1 GB 4G data, $20 Int’l calling credit
  • $50 – unlimited talk, text & international calling (select countries), 2GB 4G data, $20 Int’l calling credit
  • $60 – unlimited talk, text, low speed data & international calling (select countries), 2.5 GB 4G data, $20 Int’l calling credit
  • $65 – unlimited talk, text, low speed data & international calling (select countries), 3.5 GB 4G data, $20 Int’l calling credit
I’m not sure how long it’s been around, but I also noticed that H20 now has an autopay discount on all five plans, although unlike Cricket the discount seems to be a little arbitrary. Called Auto Recharge, this discount can knock anywhere from $3 to $6 off of your monthly plan and makes the worry of remembering to refill your phone nonexistent. Additionally, you might recall that H20 made some tweaks to its service in January including adding international calling to all of its plans and debuting LTE services. Well, when the international calling launched we reported that it was only avialable for landlines. It looks like H20 has expanded the included free calling to mobile numbers for 50+ countries including Mexico, Russia, Canada and more. I can’t say I’m surprised that H20 jumped on the international calling bandwagon, but it’s always good to get additional features for no additional cost. Have you used H20 Wireless?
