Cricket getting a new ZTE handset, V8000
posted by Joe on September 13th, 2012 - 9:00 am | Cricket

It appears as though Cricket is about to land another ZTE Android smartphone. For the time being this is dubbed the V8000, and we know about it because it passed through the FCC. We also know a bit about it, because Phone Arena got their hands on it back in May. It’s a decent device for Cricket, rocking a 1.4GHz processor and 4-inch screen. Apparently it will also run Android 4.0, which is more important than the processor and other specs these days. We of course have no word on when it will be announced and how much it will cost. At this point we do know that it will carry Muve Music.
