Cricket, has been active lately in buying up the remaining shares of companies in which it owns a majority stake. At the end of August they acquired LCW Wireless. Yesterday we learned that they acquired the remainder of Denali Spectrum LLC. In both cases Cricket already owned most of the companies, so there likely won’t be any noticeable improvements or changes for customers. This just raises the question of how Leap benefits from these deals.]]>
