		<description>This was definitely an interesting development.  A merger in the long run seems inevitable.  I&#039;m curious as to why that deal never materialized; was it due to egos and politics, or some something fundamental about their operations or strategies that simply was synergistic?

Anyhow, it will be interesting to see how the relationship evolves.
