		<description>MVNOs are a tricky business.  At least they have the call center experience/infrastructure, which is where many MVNOs fall short. Though, as noted, they will need to retrain to support the often more complex wireless service.  Also, note that with the right ARPU and churn numbers, prepaid can actually be more profitable than postpaid given the typically lower CPGA (cost per gross add) due to lower subsidies and the like.
