Some people like me only use my phone a few times a week for voice, and text everyday which doesn't get charged by the access fee. But when I do its M2M for about an hour + so its worth the money. Also I am able to get a text package for $4.99/month with rollover so the texts are about $.02 each. I only spend about $20-$25 a month. NET10 is as fair as you can get for pre-paid: The more you talk, the more you pay, its that simple.
