		<description>This company provides the worst service EVER! After harassing me to take their &quot;FREE&quot; phone in the mail, they locked me into a contract without telling me, will never change my rate plan to one that I want, they just select something different than what I asked for, and then they hang up when I call, leave me on hold for half an hour, or transfer me to 5 different people and then tell me they can&#039;t help me!! I am trying to get out of the 2 yr contract that they signed me up for without telling me, I have spoken to 7 different people, on 2 different calls, (today only) and then been on the phone for more than an hour to be re-directed to another phone number - they will not do anything until I call this number. WORST COMPANY EVER!! NO customer service whatsoever.</description>

		<description>I agree! They have no respect whatsoever for their clients. Their staff is incompetent and they really do not care for you. They overcharge EVERYTHING. I called a couple of times to ask them if i had unlimited texting. They said yes. The last time I called, I told them they have been telling me i had unlimited texting, and they said &quot;you have unlimited INCOMING text, but you can only send 50 texts without charge!&quot; I cant believe how a company can have such poor ethical standards. They are already rich! why do they want to continue being dishonest about their business?

DO NOT sign with Solo. They are terrible people. If you signed with them MAKE SURE YOU ASK THEM TO SEND YOU A PAPER STATEMENT. After you cancell your account with them, they wont give you access to any of your past statements.

I am in calgary, if there is a group of people who are willing to make a case, please let me know, I will support. We have to make sure these companies stop taking advantage of people.

THis time, I went with Wind Mobile. Their coverage is new, but it is fairly good.... I am paying $40 dollars for unlimited texting, unlimited talk, and unlimited internet. I also pay only $0.25 cents per roaming minute. They may not be perfect, but at least they are not overcharging me.</description>

I just had a marketing call from Solo Mobile – and I am on the do not call list. Mike said hello and asked me how I was, I politely told him that I would save him some time, that I have mobile plan that I am happy with and am not interested in changing, he said “Why the FUCK did you pick up the phone then?” I hung up.

If that’s the attitude of the people that are selling their product, imagine what kind of customer care and respect the whole company, management and owners must have!
