Boost Mobile tops satisfaction survey

turning to monthly prepaid plans more and more frequently. Not only that, but they’re also utilizing them more, using 270 percent more minutes per month than pay-as-you-go customers. Here’s one part of the survey on which we did not report: Boost Mobile ranked highest in overall customer satisfaction. The other carriers who ranked highly: MetroPCS, Tracfone, Net10, Virgin Mobile, and T-Mobile. ]]>

Shock and Horror. That’s right, tracfone isn’t the worst, in fact, it’s vastly better than most, which, if you are familiar with cell phone, and carrier complaints, is odd. What it means to me is that there are designated individuals online, that make work of slagging tracfone. Sure every company, and service provider has issues, and problems, but we often don’t see the true magnitude of woes from up close.

Oh c’mon @Agent, tracfone has problems with cs like all of the other carriers but they aren’t all THAT bad! You needn’t sound that surprised. True, there seems to be a very biased crowd here on prepaidreviews posting all kinds of nonsense.
The service is decent and the options are affordable for low usage types.

Nice job Boost! I have been with Boost for about 4 years and never had a problem.

I have had great service from Boost until now since Sprint wants to cut off the IDEN Service which happens to have better coverage than Sprint and make everyone go to the Sprint Network. Customer Service isn’t much help anymore they just give you a run around I have contacted them more than a dozen times on a subject they promise me it will be taken care of but it never is. It just a lot of promises with NO action.
