AT&T GoPhone adds BlackBerry-like Alcatel phone

AT&T GoPhone customers who take advantage of unlimited text messaging got another handset option recently. The Alcatel 871a is a bare-bones phone with a QWERTY keyboard and a 2-megapixel camera. It’s not yet available on the GoPhone website, but is available on Best Buy’s site for $40. The price does seem right for those who want messaging and basic web browsing capabilities.
