PTel Customer Service Number & Contact Info

PTel has a customer service line that, unlike many other corporations, allow you to get to a live associate after the first menu option. However, if you all you need is to refill your account, check on porting a number or any of a few other basic tasks, the auto answer menu can definitely handle those. It makes a big change from other companies, and all of the associates I spoke with were very pleasant and knowledgeable.
There are four ways to contact PlatinumTel customer service. Customer Service associates are available Mon through Sat from 9 a.m. – 9 p.m. CST and Sunday 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. CST.

Every page on their website has an option for live chat, which is available the same hours as their customer service line. I used the live chat several times, and the responses and wait time was much shorter than most other companies, and the answers easy to understand.

Overall, I found that PlatinumTel's customer service was far superior than a lot of companies. Their representatives were not pushy and did not make me feel dumb for asking basic questions. The responses were easy to understand and fully answered all of my queries. I would very highly recommend if good customer service is important to you.
