The Net10 customer service number is answered by an automated system that can assist with most of needs like refills and activation. If you need to speak to Technical Support or a customer service representative, they are available from 8 a.m. to midnight (EST) 7 days a week. Unfortunately, you'll have to go through a series of automated menus to get to a live, but they do have a nice callback option so you don't have to sit on hold for several minutes at a time if after all that work no one is available.

I have personally had terrible luck with their customer service representatives, managers and corporate offices. When attempting to clarify information for this review, I sat on hold for an hour before being escalated to their corporate office, where the manager refused to give me any information, was incredibly rude and then hung up. If you peruse the web, you'll find many consumers have had problems with their customer service as well.
